Accident

An undesired event, such as the emission of a toxic substance, a fire or an explosion resulting from uncontrolled developments during the operation of an establishment, which has consequences/damage for people, property or the environment, and for the company in general. It is the occurrence of a dangerous phenomenon, combined with the presence of vulnerable targets exposed to the effects of this phenomenon.
