Flow code CIE 3 ;

Represents the proportion of luminous flux emitted in the lower hemisphere within a solid angle of 3π/2 steradian (solid angle equivalent to a cone with a half angle of 75.5°, i.e. a total angle of 151°) in relation to the luminous flux emitted in the entire lower hemisphere (taken from Article 3, II, 2° of the Decree of December 27, 2018 on the prevention, reduction and limitation of light pollution).
