6. Knowledge of water drainage systems

Wastewater and effluent from the food industry are collected by a dedicated network and channeled either to the plant's wastewater treatment plant, or to the public network. An up-to-date network map is therefore essential. The use of different colors to identify raw water, clear water and recycled water circuits is absolutely essential. Keeping documents on the structure of drainage networks up to date not only helps avoid connection errors, but also facilitates intervention.
