Centrifugal coating; Spin-coating

A technique for depositing thin, uniform layers on flat substrates from a solution using centrifugal force. A precursor solution is deposited on the substrate, which is then rotated at high speed so that it spreads evenly and forms a layer by evaporation of the solvent.

Perovskite; Perovskite

Crystalline compounds with the formula ABC ₃ whose highest symmetry structure is cubic.

Semi-conductor; Semiconductor

Materials with an electron energy band gap and electrical conductivity intermediate between metals and insulators.
