Neutron activation analysis; Analyse par activation neutronique

Family of elemental analysis methods based on neutron interrogation of the sample to be characterized and spectrometric analysis of induced gamma rays.

EURITRACK (European Illicit Trafficking Countermeasure Kit)

A FP6 project conducted from 2004 to 2008, the first to use the associated particle technique in France and Europe, described in the article [IN 82] .

CBRN-E threat; CBRNE threat

Nuclear (improvised nuclear device), bacteriological, radiological (dirty bomb), chemical and, more recently, explosive terrorist threats have been added.
