1. The territory is the space for projects
At first glance, this title may seem cryptic. In fact, few people associate the concept of a project with that of a territory. It is therefore necessary to explain this proposed connection.
The explanation lies in the very idea of ecology.
Everyone recognizes that, nowadays, a project must include an ecological component. This concern is added to those of cost, timelines, and quality. Thus, ecology constitutes a fourth dimension of any solution considered to address a given issue. It should be noted, then, that this aspect now has numerous tools at its disposal that contribute to eco-design. However, these tools, however necessary they may be, are not sufficient to address all concerns.
Here, the proposal is to assert that the territory is the essential dimension of any project.
In this sense, the ecological aspect of the project is not limited to a life-cycle analysis...
