6. Steps in site preparation
The site preparation phase is crucial to the quality of the work to be built and to meeting deadlines. All the parties involved must be involved, and it's not easy to involve companies that won't be working for six months or a year, in order to organize the site from a legal, administrative, material and technical point of view. This participation is the subject of coordination meetings, which enable the necessary synthesis to be made for the coherent completion of the work. The coordinator, if appointed, or the project manager, must organize, in consultation with the contractors, a series of operations that are all the more complex given the large number of participants and the fragmentation of their tasks over time.
