Cements

The standard NF EN 197-1 April 2012 covers the most common cements. Other standards exist either for particular properties (sea setting, resistance to sulfated water, etc.), or for cements with entirely specific standards: fused alumina cement, natural prompt cement.

The standard NF EN 197-1 is subdivided into three sections:
