Pathology of humidity. Clad walls - Case study

The cause of the prevailing pathology is undoubtedly the air gap created by the glue beads and, consequently, the maintenance of plaster "1" in a "cold wall" situation, which rapidly reaches its critical humidity level.

The aim of the curative solution is to thermally transform this area into a "warm wall". There are three ways to achieve this.

• Solution 1. constantly lower and maintain the indoor relative humidity HR _i < 30%, when T _i = 19 °C and T _e = - 5 °C.
