First and foremost, before applying for a refueling/distribution/storage permit, the project developer must ensure that the natural gas (CNG) or biomethane (BioNGV) used in compressed (CNG) or liquid (LNG) form as a fuel complies with the characteristics specified in the arrêté du 8 décembre 2017 .
