You need to identify what training needs to be done or commissioned. Your personnel or those of an outside company are involved in high-risk phases and need to be trained.

Faced with so many different trades, how can you find your way around and be exhaustive?

Training obviously depends on the tasks performed and the risks involved. There are a number of sources available to you, both at your premises and at the outside company, to find out about each person's job and the risks to which they are exposed. You can use this information as a basis for your training chart (Tool 1 ).
