1. Yaw-drift model: steady state
In this section, we will examine a particular state of the vehicle's yaw-drift plane motion: the steady-state cornering state. This state is particularly important in the overall understanding of vehicle motion during cornering; it allows us to justify and understand certain assertions made previously, to qualify vehicle behavior and to validate the practice of basic vehicle dynamics testing.
