1. Identify and formalize your actions
The first step is to list the actions that will contribute to achieving the objective of the action plan. This list will be imperfect a priori, but that's not a problem in itself. It will naturally be completed as the action plan is rolled out, following the appearance of hazards or new information to be taken into account. From the outset, you need to involve the key resources who will contribute to mastering your action plan.
To make it easier to draw up the list of actions, apply the following rule: an action is associated with one and only one deliverable (or expected result).
