1. Identify and formalize your actions
The first step is to list the actions that will contribute to achieving the objective of the action plan. This list will be imperfect a priori, but that's not a problem in itself. It will naturally be completed as the action plan is rolled out, following the appearance of hazards or new information to be taken into account.
