2. Define action plan resources
Having previously defined the actions to be taken (What?) to achieve the action plan's objective, the next step is to designate the contributing human resources (Who?).
When assigning a resource, the following rule applies: one action is taken into account by one and only one resource.
This rule makes the resource responsible for providing the deliverable within the given timeframe. However, being in charge of an action does not mean being the sole actor in its realization.
Carrying out an action may require the contribution of several players, or even the implementation of a specific action plan by the resource in question.
