Define a monitoring plan

They are derived from the process corresponding to the technical-commercial offer made to the customer. The offer and the contract review complete the input data.

The method of realization, and therefore the process (means, material, medium, method, manpower), is generally not the same during the different phases. Monitoring must therefore correspond to the process used.
