 INTRODUCTION

To estimate project costs, the analytical method is the most widely used and the most intuitive, since it invites us to estimate the cost of tasks as closely as possible to the activities planned during the execution phase. This method provides a degree of accuracy in estimates of the order of 5%, whereas other estimation methods, such as the parametric method, have a reliability of only 20%.
