2. Top-down analysis for starters
This type of analysis, very common at the preliminary stage (bid, feasibility, etc.) of a project, can be considered as a PMR in itself. However, this PMR does not deal with "risks–events", as recommended by the standards (PMBOK, FD X50-117, etc.), but with zone risks. It is essential that the project manager verifies that this analysis has been carried out.
The analysis can be carried out in absolute terms, on the basis of the organization's perennial criteria, or by deviation, on the basis of references selected at the preliminary stage for the batch, subsystem, system or complete project (item).
