Validate the extent to which PMR is changing the way people do things
Draft the project risk management (PRM) plan

It is likely that the implicit and explicit requirements of the PMR in terms of transparency, the pooling of margins and provisions, and the generation of representations of the project other than that given by the local indicators of the players ("my" budget, "my" milestones, etc.) are temporarily too great for all or some of the parties concerned. The tools of the theory of constraints (TOC) [FIC 0874] , in particular the transition tree, can be used to validate in detail that the qualitative leap is not out of reach.
