As with a Kaizen approach, it is more effective to make limited adjustments and reduce waste at each stage of continuous improvement. In fact, there is always a force of rejection of the Lean approach within the worksite, a rejection linked to the feeling of being exposed and criticized in one's activity. It is therefore necessary to propose simple improvements that everyone can understand. As the approach is iterative, improvements will gradually become apparent on the site. What's more, it's important to appoint a Lean manager to focus change proposals on a responsible Lean manager.
