Quality management in projects

This process identifies the quality requirements or standards to be met for the project and its deliverables.

A management plan will be drawn up at the start of the project. An example of a management plan (Tool 2 ) illustrates what a management plan might look like and what it might contain.

The project must demonstrate compliance with quality requirements throughout.
