 INTRODUCTION

The sheet on understanding the FMECA tool enabled us to understand the main elements necessary for deploying the method, interpreting it and implementing corrective, preventive or improvement actions as output data from the exercise.

We are now going to analyze the concrete steps of a FMECA analysis, using a case study: the assembly of a small revolutionary part manufactured in series on an industrial production line. This assembly is carried out using purchased sub-elements, which will be combined in successive sequences.
