Visual management of information must be put in place, using a bulletin board (Tool

) placed in the "middle" of employees.
This table should enable each employee to simply suggest an idea for improvement. Post-it® notes are one possible solution.
It should give a quick idea of the progress of the improvement process:
number of proposals not yet analyzed: number of Post-it® ;
number of ideas retained ;
