Involving staff requires rigor on the part of the manager in charge of participative improvement.
The aim is to keep the table up to date in "real time":
quickly process the Post-it® (idea retained or not) because you have created an expectation on the part of the employee: column "Number of ideas retained". Be sure to give feedback to the employee who proposed an idea that was ultimately not retained;
implement the selected ideas as quickly as possible with the staff concerned. It is important to involve employees in the implementation process: "Number of ideas in place" column;
