If this is your first time, we recommend that you prepare process definition projects by applying and adapting the approaches presented above to your company's situation and strategic orientations.
Once your projects have been completed, present them to your management and colleagues for their comments and preferences. A simple or weighted vote can be used to objectively choose the preferred representation.
