Raise the awareness of those involved in the value chain of the product or service delivered to customers, so that any non-conforming product or service is taken into account by the quality management system. One risk lies in the fact that stakeholders fail to see the importance of recording non-conformities, concentrating all their energy on dealing with them, acting on the effects without necessarily reaching the causes.
