Ecological innovations in the food industry - Representative cases of the Nutri-Score and the Eco-Score

Starting in 2023, based on observations by Mil’Brick’s sales representatives, it was decided to study competing products displaying labels, especially since the display of labels such as Eco-Score or Nutri-Score is not currently mandatory but will become so in 2025 or 2026 (decree under review).

It was therefore decided to launch two projects in 2024: “Reducing the Environmental Impact Throughout the Lifecycle of Brick Pastry Sheets” and “Improving the Nutritional Quality of Brick Pastry Sheets.”
