Using the items proposed on each of the axes of the spider's web (Tool

), the working group can continue to develop its initial concepts by defining which evolutions might be desirable for the new product, by exploring the items proposed on the four innovation axes. A simple use of the tool is to investigate the current level of development of the concept on each axis, and what could be the next step to increase the concept's innovativeness.
