Atomic layer deposition for photovoltaics

Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD)

A chemical vapor deposition technique using alternating fluxes, based on self-limiting surface reactions. It allows for precise control of film thickness and composition, as well as the achievement of specific characteristics (uniformity, conformality).

Photovoltaic solar energy is obtained by converting a portion of the energy from solar radiation into electricity using photovoltaic systems.
