Thermal analysis involves varying the temperature of a sample in order to study a property

In our case, the property studied is the enthalpy variation of the sample during a temperature increase at constant speed (sweep), which makes it possible to highlight endothermic or exothermic phenomena, to determine their energy, as well as the temperature range in which they occur. Instruments in this category can also work in isothermal mode.
