3. Modeling
Modeling using the envelope cycle method assigns a solution to discrete thermodynamic states. The basis of zerodimensional modeling consists in writing mass and energy conservation equations, for which inflow and outflow rates, thermodynamic properties, heat transfers, etc. must be provided.
