ATEX (directive)

A set of European regulations designed to ensure the safety of people and equipment in environments with an explosive atmosphere.

BOG (Boil Off Gas)

The vapor from liquefied gas that continuously escapes from LNG tanks. To prevent it from escaping into the atmosphere, it must be used, typically on combustion engines, or cooled, reliquefied and reinjected into the storage tank.
