INTRODUCTION
This article applies the results of torsional rotor modeling to the study of steady-state and transient operating regimes, which are representative of actual shaftline operating conditions. The three usual analyses are presented: free vibration study, forced vibration study and transient regime study.
This article is part of a series on torsional rotor dynamics:
BM 5 120 Introduction ;
BM 5 121 Types of permanent excitations ;
BM 5 122 Inertia and stiffness distribution ;
BM 5 123 Analysis of operating conditions ;
BM 5 124 Study of torsion dampers.
