5. Process requirements
The process remains very classic. However, there are a few points that require special attention.
Although it is becoming increasingly rare, if we read the text in detail, an oral contract between the customer and the laboratory (following a telephone exchange, for example) is quite possible. However, it is expected that the customer's requirements are documented. Thus, in the case of an oral exchange with the customer, the laboratory must at the very least note down the customer's requirements so as to have a record.
