Gas; gas

Refers to any substance that is naturally in a gaseous state under normal temperature and pressure conditions and, in the case described, dissolved in the liquid subjected to ultrasonic waves.

Steam; vapor

The term "vapor" refers to the fraction of the liquid that turns into a gas under the effect of ultrasound.

Acoustic field

An acoustic field is a region of space where sound waves propagate, characterized by variations in pressure, velocity, and density.
