3. Conclusion

We have analyzed the notion of activity traceability and its implementation within a specific context: the hospital world. We believe, however, that this context is highly instructive insofar as most of the difficulties encountered by hospitals in implementing an activity traceability system are, on the one hand, numerous (hospitals, by virtue of their characteristics, accumulate difficulties!) and, on the other hand, are not specific to the hospital world. We could extrapolate these recommendations to other types of service organization...
