3.1 Progress through traceability via widespread deployment of compliance management

As is often the case in management, good practices are only truly effective when they are widely deployed. Supporting compliance traceability management rules with an MES is cost-effective and efficient when the perspective given to this investment goes beyond the framework of a given production line, or even a production site.

Manufacturers' industrial operations are in a position to define the rules of good conduct to be applied in terms of traceability to protect the company from major disasters such as mass recalls.
