Conclusion

After reviewing the financial indicators used to assess an organization's performance, we showed that a supply chain is part of a logistics network, and clearly defined it in its entirety.

The supply chain was then characterized in terms of its management. We identified strategic, tactical and operational processes, as well as several levels of maturity on which supply chain performance depends. Operational performance indicators were presented.

The financial performance of a supply chain is measured either through profitability, profitability, solvency, EVA, or a combination of several of these types of indicators.
