The risks associated with implementing this application are minor:

• the size of the demand planning information system envisaged, and the technology implemented, are not significant risk factors due to :

  • the size of the project under control,

  • the fact that similar applications have already been implemented within the company, and that the staff in the various departments, including the IT department, have the necessary expertise,

  • implementation carried out in collaboration with the ;

• proven technology, similar to other applications implemented in the company;
