4. Flexibility and production management

Let's not forget that production management refers to the control of flows to be transformed through previously selected (structure) and combined (organization) transformation elements.

The best-known production management approaches are push and pull, corresponding respectively to MRP (Material Requirement Planning) and JIT (Just-in-Time).
