The Internet evolves as a network, taking on fractal or even neural forms, even as it develops, like a mille-feuille, in successive layers of uses, business models, applications and technological platforms. This ecosystem-based development has followed the web sphere, the blogosphere, the social sphere and now the data sphere. These developments are based on simplicity of use, accessibility and technological platforms.
