4.1 Process

According to ISO 3534-2, this is "a specific combination of a means of manufacture, a method of manufacture, a uniform batch of material and an operator producing products or providing a service over a period of time in given circumstances".

4.2 Overall process

According to ISO 3534-2, we consider "any combination of manufacturing means, manufacturing methods, materials and operators producing products or providing a service over a given period of time and under given circumstances"....
