6. Documentation

The documentation to be put in place must be designed with the TPM group in mind, so that it can be validated; otherwise, the approach will fail.

5 documents are required:

• a daily data sheet ;

• a monthly variation sheet ;

• a TRS follow-up sheet ;

• an action plan follow-up sheet ;

• a reliability sheet.
