2. Value analysis work plan

Studying the AV approach and examining its tools will enable you to carry out effective AV studies.

Any complex study involving a variety of participants, and involving several operations that need to be linked and chained together, must be carried out according to an appropriate plan, which experience and reflection help to define.

For the VA approach to techno-economic optimization, such a work plan has emerged with experience. It must be adapted to the technological field concerned and to the stage of development.

On this occasion, we'll be emphasizing the specific aspects of AV compared with the usual industrial approach. We will present the 7-phase work plan commonly used in France, as set out in one of the French AV standard documents (NF X 50-152).
