1. Decision-making, complexity and urgency

The act of deciding, in the sense of deciding, choosing, is the very expression of his action. This act is not only its raison d'être, its job, but also its own responsibility, in the moral and legal sense. Accountable to the stakeholders who place their trust in him/her, but whose interests diverge, accountable to society, which expects a great deal from the organization, the manager remains the person to whom we turn in the event of failure, error or deviation. Society no longer accepts fatality as an excuse.

Trust, ethics and fairness are values often invoked in business. Courage is a sought-after quality in management. Here too, we are faced with the complexity of human relations within the organization.
