4. Conclusion: renewing the management of knowledge and innovative projects
In the increasingly common context of multi-stakeholder, often inter-organizational projects, current project management models are reaching their limits in terms of relevance and efficiency. Project management is becoming increasingly complex, calling for new knowledge management tools.
