In conclusion, the multi-faceted reflection on the appropriation of the uses of digital and Internet technologies goes far beyond the sole domain of the professionalization of the players in charge of their deployment. It underpins, on a large scale, the questioning of all publics, from simple users to associative structures, from VSEs to public and private companies, from the training sector to that of education, from prescribers to political actors concerned – in various ways – by the evolution of society, underpinned by globalization and the advent of the knowledge society.
