6. Conclusion
The paradigm shift in manufacturing is well underway. As for the implications of the continued evolution and use of 3D printing, they are considerable and promise to have a radical effect on the way things are made, and even the way business is done. This means creating a climate within each industry that is more conducive to shifting mindsets towards greater cooperation. And from a legal standpoint, we need to check over time whether the mechanisms we've studied continue to rebel against traditional legal qualifications and require the creation of new ad hoc ones. Indeed, it may be that the plasticity of the law will enable us to identify under these new garments practices that have already been tried and tested under other guises. In this way, as in the free software sector, players could eventually abandon the opportunities for profit to be derived from the sale of rights to their works...
