commutativity
In legal terms, an agreement by which each of the parties undertakes to give or perform something considered to be the equivalent of what is given or done for them. A contract is commutative when each party undertakes to provide the other with a benefit that is regarded as equivalent to that which he receives.
agonistic; antagonistic
From ancient Greek αγωνστικοζ, agônistikos, of competition, designates the set of behaviors related to rivalry confrontations between individuals.
