8. A project with exponential growth

8.1 The research phase

During the month of March, a constant pooling of varied skills and specialized expertise took place. Various groups are organized around "channels" on the Slack virtual collaborative communication platform. Resuscitation doctors from major hospitals and biomedical engineers also participate on a voluntary basis. The University of Nantes is providing equipment, 3D printers for the design, and facilitating the participation of its researchers so that they can devote themselves to the project. The Nantes metropolis and the Pays de la Loire region, respectively chaired by Johanna Rolland and Christelle Morançais, contribute by providing logistical support for the team.
