8. Conclusion

Since the Royal Green Transition Act of August 17, 2015, legislation has been changing and evolving every year.

The changes continue with the publication on January 22, 2025, of the Packaging and Packaging Wastes Regulation (PPWR), which will be followed by implementing regulations over a period of more than ten years.

Readers must therefore remain constantly vigilant with regard to regulations.
